TPhone is a Limited Company which was established in 1998. Prior to that the Managing Director and Sales Director have a considerable wealth of experience within the mobile phone industry. Our company ethos is to 'Serve Well'. Our staff have been with us such a long time that we feel part of the same family, therefore as a small family business it is important to us that we gain your trust, serve you well so that you will continue to stay in business with us. By building long term relationships with our customers we enjoy a trusting and loyal understanding of their business needs. Our customers know that we are always here should they require any help with their mobile communications.

Customer Service is vital for any business but especially so for a small businesses, we know that our ethos and customer service is first class which is why we are still contenders with the 'Big Boys' of the mobile phone industry. We deal extensively with all major Network Providers and are completely independent. What we have learnt from our customers is that they prefer our approach and the fact that we are at the end of the telephone or email. There is nothing worse that spending 10 minutes trying to get through the automated telephone system when your phone is playing up and you want it sorting!
